British India. Rama is a loyal policeman in the service of the colonial government, capable of dealing with a crowd on his own, and is considered a traitor by the locals. Bhim is a guy from the Gond tribe who is forced to go to Delhi in search of a little tribeswoman kidnapped by the governor. Having learned about this, the governor announces a reward for his capture, and in order to advance in his career, Rama takes on this task. By rescuing a boy who fell into the river, Rama and Bheem become friends. They don't know each other's true identities or hidden motives, but this acquaintance will mark the beginning of big changes.
