The action of this film takes place before the events described in The Silence of the Lambs and before the appearance of Clarice Starling. We meet the man who caught Hannibal Lecter - FBI Special Agent Will Graham. After Lecter's arrest, which nearly cost Graham his life, Will leaves the Bureau. However, the emergence of a creepy new serial killer forces Graham to return to duty. This ruthless monster, which the press has already dubbed the “Tooth Fairy,” slaughters entire families at night. Now Will needs advice from an experienced specialist in mental abnormalities, and he turns to his old friend for help... Dr. “Hannibal the Cannibal” Lecter!
