Northern Great Plains, 1719. The girl Naru from the Comanche tribe wants more than anything to become a worthy hunter, but her loved ones do not take her hobby seriously. When a squad of experienced hunters goes into the forest in search of a fellow tribesman attacked by a puma, Naru, as an experienced tracker, goes with them and soon notices strange tracks. The rescue of his comrade is successful, but the fight with the wild cat is not so good for Naru. Not wanting to put up with the fact that her brother was recognized as the best hunter, the girl decides to track down and kill that strange predator at all costs, and she doesn’t even realize that her prey is a representative of a highly developed alien civilization who arrived on Earth in search of a worthy opponent for the fight.
