Harrigan is a tough LAPD narcotics cop. He is tasked with investigating a series of murders of major crime bosses in the city. All murders are committed in a perverted form and smell of undisguised sadism. After examinations and investigations, it becomes clear that the murder is the work of a creature that has nothing in common with a person. An interplanetary hunter has visited Earth again, but he will have to face a creature even more dangerous than himself - a man. Harrigan tracks the hunter, gradually becoming a hunter himself.
