Gogol. Inception (2017)
Cossacks, witches, mermaids, drowned women and other inhabitants of Dikanka come face to face with their creator Nikolai Gogol, a young clerk from St. Petersburg who suffers from mysterious seizures and can communicate with characters from the other world. Together with his boss, the brilliant metropolitan investigator Yakov Guro, the aspiring writer comes to the Poltava region to investigate the mysterious murders of girls. Here he meets his love, who is destined to play a fatal role in his fate. But will the young writer have the courage to resist the unimaginable? A clerk from St. Petersburg, Nikolai Gogol, challenges the mysterious dark Horseman, who brutally deals with girls in the vicinity of the village of Dikanka.
