A strange man in a wheelchair who was caught by the police, who was found to have a pack of dogs of different breeds in his van, and several corpses at his place of residence, is being interrogated by a forensic psychiatrist. He willingly talks about his difficult childhood: how a cruel father put him in a cage with dogs, because of which the boy developed an incredible emotional connection with animals - now the dogs exactly follow all his orders.
