Description
Aquaman
Arthur Curry was the son of a lighthouse worker named Tom Curry and a woman named Atlanna. Arthur, already in his teens, demonstrated incredible strength and speed, as well as the ability to breathe underwater and talk to fish. Near death, Atlanna revealed the truth to the boy: she was the exiled Queen of Atlantis, and promised that Arthur would one day become ruler of the seven seas. His father gave him an education and taught him how to control his powers, which ultimately helped him become a hero named Aquaman.
